Terms of Service
Effective 22 April 2026. These terms govern your use of SetupPasskeys, provided by Brian Kinane T/A SetupPasskeys.com ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Ireland.
1. The service
SetupPasskeys is a hosted, white-labelled passkey registration guide for Microsoft Entra ID. You sign up, create one or more organisations, configure branding and policy, and point your users to a URL or embed the guide via iframe.
2. Who can subscribe
You must be authorised to bind the organisation you represent. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. Consumer use is not supported; this is a B2B service.
3. Subscription, billing, cancellation
- Plans and pricing are listed on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled through the Stripe billing portal.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata refunds.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices; existing subscribers get at least 60 days' notice before any increase takes effect on their next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to impersonate another organisation, brand, or person.
- Submit branding, logos, or content you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to breach security, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without prior written agreement.
- Use the service to facilitate phishing, credential-theft, or any other illegal activity.
- Scrape, resell, or proxy the service without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund. We will try to notify you first where reasonable.
5. Customer content and trademarks
You retain ownership of anything you upload (logos, copy, support links). You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content within the service. You represent that you have the right to use any trademarks you configure in your org (Microsoft, Samsung, your own brand).
6. Intellectual property
The SetupPasskeys platform, walkthrough content, designs, and code are the property of Brian Kinane T/A SetupPasskeys.com. These terms do not grant you any rights in our IP beyond the right to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on production infrastructure, but do not offer a formal SLA on standard plans. Enterprise customers may negotiate an SLA separately. We may run scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
8. Third-party dependencies
The service depends on Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Outages or changes at those providers may affect availability; we will pass through any relevant SLA credits where applicable.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
10. Data protection
See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data. On request we will sign a standard Data Processing Agreement mirroring the UK/EU GDPR controller–processor obligations.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered admins at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
